INTRODUCTION

The education system in Malaysia has evolved in line with the progress of the education system from other developed countries. The explosion of technological innovation in the national education system is seen to be able to change the national education landscape. Education in the rapid technological revolution of the 4.0 era has brought students to the level of excellence through various innovations created. However, the challenge of forming values in students should be given attention by educators and society. A value-based education system will shape the character of students to become noble, creative and innovative. It even becomes a wall against negative cultural threats and emotional turmoil in today’s society.

International Seminar in Education Issues (ISPEN 2020) is expected to be a useful platform for scholars, researchers and educators to discuss and hold knowledge sharing sessions to ensure the future of a knowledgeable and skilled Muslim generation who will serve the nation, religion and country.
